Wagon Wheel Ice Cream Sandwiches

Perfect for large groups.

Delight your guests with our beloved Wagon Wheel Ice Cream Sandwiches! Each features two giant Oreo wafers filled with our super-premium hand-dipped ice cream. Plus, they come individually packaged for convenience.

Since each sandwich is made in our shop and ready to serve once it’s on the truck, our serving time is significantly reduced, meaning we can serve larger groups in a shorter period of time.
SINGLE SERVE ICE CREAM CUPS

Includes 6 flavors of hand-dipped ice cream and individually portioned topping cups. Choose up to 8 dry toppings and 3 sauces.

All ice cream is pre-scooped in sundae cups for quick and efficient serving.

TRUCK FAQ'S

TRUCK BOOKING

How far will your truck travel?

Our truck will travel within a 30 mile one-way distance (60 miles roundtrip) from of our Middlefield location (14895 North State Avenue, Middlefield, OH 44062). Our initial truck fee includes a 30 mile roundtrip (15 miles each direction). Additional distance will be billed by mileage.
How much space does your truck need?

We ask for 30' x 20' of space for our truck to comfortably park. We ask that the space reserved for our truck be flat.

MENU OPTIONS

Can I build my own truck menu?

Our truck is equipped to serve a wide variety of our specialty items that our customers have come to know and love. The truck menu has been designed to offer something for everyone, and therefore is not eligible to be customized in full, however, you would be able to add an additional specialty menu item should you wish to for an additional charge.
Can I only offer scoops for my event?

If you would like to only offer hand-dipped ice cream for your event, a serving minimum would still need to be met.

MINIMUMS & GUEST COUNT

What is the guest minimum?

Our full-service packages start at 80 servings. Our higher-volume packages require a larger serving minimum.
Is there a discount for larger groups?

Some of our menu packages are priced for bulk rate discounts. Please contact us with your event details for more pricing information.
