HOW IT WORKS
Sellers will receive fundraising sales sheets that list all available flavors. On the back of each sheet, they can record buyer information to keep track of pint sales. Once the fundraiser ends, sellers will turn in their completed sales sheets in exchange for pint cards. These pint cards are then distributed to the buyers, who can redeem them at the shop whenever they choose.

FUNDRAISING WITH ICE CREAM
DOES MY GROUP HAVE TO SELL A MINIMUM NUMBER OF PINTS?
While your group is not required to sell a minimum number of pints, we do require a minimum of 7 sellers to participate.
CAN I SELL PINTS IN PERSON?
Yes. Pints can be sold in-person with our fundraising sale sheets.
CAN BUYERS PURCHASE PINTS IN-STORE FOR OUR FUNDRAISER?
No. All pints that your group will get credit for must be purchased through a seller.
DOES THE BUYER HAVE TO SELECT THEIR FLAVOR AT THE TIME OF PURCHASE?
No. Buyers will be purchasing a generic pint card that can be fulfilled for any flavor.
QUANTITY-BASED EARNINGS
0-100 Pints - Receive $1.50/Pint
101-200 Pints - Receive $1.75/Pint
201+ Pints - Receive $2.00/Pint
