Shipping & Delivery Policy
We take great care in preparing and shipping every order. To ensure we can promptly assist with any delivery issues, please review the following policy:
If your order is late, delayed, damaged, or not received, you must contact us within 24 hours of the scheduled delivery date and time provided by the carrier. Reports made after this 24-hour window may not be eligible for replacement, refund, or store credit.
Once a package is marked as “Delivered” by the carrier, responsibility transfers to the recipient. We are not responsible for packages lost, stolen, or misplaced after delivery confirmation, including those left unattended or delivered to an incorrect address provided at checkout.
Many of our shipments are sent as gifts to third-party recipients. It is the buyer’s responsibility to ensure that the recipient is aware of the delivery, available to receive the package, and able to properly store the item upon arrival.
To report a delivery issue, please contact our customer service team within 24 hours through the form below and include:
- Order number
- Delivery address
- Description of the issue
We recommend monitoring tracking information closely and ensuring someone is available to receive time-sensitive or perishable shipments.
